I was talking to a friend yesterday who said he doesn’t go in for massage because his body doesn’t hurt. It surprised me and got me thinking that many people may think that massage is only beneficial if your muscles are in pain.

This is so far from the truth. In my practice alone, there are many different things I can help with other than the muscular pain in a body. I’ve made a list of some different things that the massage modalities I use can help with, and we’ll spend the next few weeks talking about them.

Of course, I can help with:
