What changes will you make for your health this year?

It’s the New Year again! Welcome to 2016. Did you make any New Year’s resolutions? Or set any New Year intentions? Were you happy with the way you took care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally last year?

I’ve got some goals for the year starting with a slightly modified Whole 30 challenge with the members at my gym. Along with more frequent body work and continued exercise, all to help increase my energy, productivity and health.
